We are currently hiring for an Account Representative in a Home Health Agency!
Job Description:
The Account Representative is engaged in the selling and marketing of home health services in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The person will be responsible for fostering relationships with a variety of professionals such as: physicians, medical specialists, case managers, and other healthcare representatives. The job is fast-paced and requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Experience in home health, medical or other health care sales with local ties is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen new and existing customer referral bases through relationship building, networking, cold-calling and other sales techniques.
Provide periodic reports on account development for each account including goals and plan to achieve goals.
Visit referral sources in person for the purpose of promoting and selling the services of the company.
Communicates regularly and effectively with staff through verbal and written modalities including group and individual meetings.
Follow all intake procedures for new patient referrals.
Job Qualifications:
Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes. May require work after normal business hours to accommodate client needs.
Minimum of three years home healthcare or healthcare related sales experience - preferred.
Job Location and Compensation:
This position is in house at the office location in Sandy Springs, GA.
Once Key Performance Indicators are met, then the position may be remote.
Compensation is based primarily on commission structure with a minimum bi-weekly reimbursement.
