Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + 15% BONUS
Experience: 1-3 years of Ariba and SAP Procurement Systems experience

Position Overview
The Procurement Systems P2P Manager will manage downstream procurement systems including SAP SRM, Ariba and SAP ECC. This individual will serve as the primary operational contact with IT and Ariba pertaining to procurement-owned systems. The perfect candidate would possess excellent problem-solving abilities and is deft at managing supplier onboarding, enabling catalogues and configuring templates.
Responsibilities
- Administer downstream Procurement Systems including SAP SRM, SAP ECC, Ariba Procurement Modules
- Act as primary contact with IT and Ariba for system change management
- Drive supplier onboarding, enable catalogues, and configure catalogue templates
- Develop and conduct training for bakery buyers on downstream Procurement Systems
- Develop and maintain governance documents and programs for Procurement owned systems
- Enhance, develop, and configure system functionality to support the comprehensive Procure-to-Pay Lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting
- 1-3 years of Ariba and SAP Procurement Systems experience
- Superior Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint skills
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and research abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
