Job Description

• Develop product concepts for both market growth and innovation, and pitch ideas to the Product Development Team
• Manage all aspects of recipe development, brewing, cellaring, packaging, evaluation, and equipment for R&D production
• Contribute to the depth of barrel program
• Participate in product collaborations (non-traditional, our way)
• Collaborate on projects with suppliers on new ingredients and processes
• Improve brewing and cellar operation techniques and processes
• Showcase products at select events (local and regional)

Additional Responsibilities

• Proficient in all brewing and cellar processes
• Assist in brewing and cellaring shift coverage as needed
• Train and coach production staff on brewing and cellar processes
• Inventory process support
• Participation in rotating weekly cellar checks
• Brewing specific equipment/facility related projects
• Role to expand based on capabilities and future opportunities

Experience

• 4+ years brewing/cellar
• Proven beer recipe development
