Job DescriptionSt. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time Construction Mechanic I for our Construction Department. The Construction Mechanic I, under the supervision of the Director of Facility Operations and or Manager of Construction,perform duties as required to accomplish project completion such as but not limited todemolition, building trades as follows; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and other relatedduties. The Construction Mechanic I will make penciled drawing changes to blueprints as toobtain as built drawings. The Construction Mechanic will be capable of working onindividual projects without necessary help.RequirementsHigh School or GED required. Trade school or equivalent is preferred EXPERIENCE:4 years preferred in building trades. SKILLS:Must be proficient in two building trades and familiar with all applicable skills listed. Must beable to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
