Job Details
Have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Have in-depth understanding of Salesforce data modeling and metadata
Have deep expertise with Lightning Flows, Apex Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and RESTful/SOAP APIs
Have experience with development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Git
Have experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Test Automation Framework (TAF)
Knowledge of cloud-based computing principles and practices
Have a track record of championing quality engineering: be adamant that all code is written in a way that can be tested with unit tests
Have experience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks
Have experience with Salesforce integrations with external services
Have hands on DevOps experience with Copado or other tools
Have familiarity with Lightning Web Components, the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Aura UI
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLS
Have Salesforce Platform Developer I and II or other Developer Certifications
Have familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
