The Gogo Business Aviation Enterprise Systems Analyst - Salesforce and Business Central will analyze, design, and assist in configuring our CRM and ERP systems, Salesforce and Business Central, respectively. Working within the Enterprise Systems Engineering team, the aspiring candidate will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the various stakeholder groups throughout the organization from a business perspective and how they translate into technical objectives. Efforts include defining, documenting, and communicating business requirements to support implementing features and products.

This role is integral to taking our foundational work to the next level and using our data-rich ground systems to continually push the limits of what is possible in aviation-both on the ground and in the air.

How will you make a difference?

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting information, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
  • Ensure that the CRM and ERP teams are equipped for the successful delivery of iterative goals by providing software developers, engineers, and test teams with precise, refined requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria promptly.
  • Collaborate with system analysts, engineers, architects, and subject matter experts to establish the functional/technical vision of CRM and ERP platforms and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business processes, technical designs, and specifications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Act as a liaison and interpreter between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  • Participate in cross-functional release planning events and keep a pulse on changes across various teams to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions
  • Provide support to CRM and ERP users in sales, production, accounting and service teams through troubleshooting and configuration changes


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Logistics, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in business process design and requirements management related to integrated software systems
  • Must be willing to be in the Broomfield office 2-3 days per week


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Talents
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational database concepts and data migration projects
  • Ability to simplify complex processes or ideas and effectively communicate a current or future function
  • Experience in back-end configuration of SaaS platforms to meet business needs and objectives
  • Exhibited knowledge of SaaS user permissions/role management best-practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products, including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Creative thinker with an outgoing personality and strong initiative


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Talents
  • Systematic understanding of integrated back-office systems, including ERP, CRM, Subscription-based Accounting, and Case Management/Customer Operations systems
  • Experience in the technology industry using an Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience and/or interest in the telecommunications or aviation industry

Base Pay:
75,200.00 - 94,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
