**Customer Service Representative**
**Job Summary:**
You are the **l****iaison** between Klckner Pentaplast (kp) and the Customer! You coordinate all in-house contact with assigned customers, sales people and kp employees who are placing orders or making inquiries relative to product availability, orders, order status, or shipment dates.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Maintain customer master data and pricing in Klckner computer systems
* Answer customer/salespersons questions on the status of the orders.
* Follow the production flow of all orders and expedite orders when necessary.
* Advise customers concerning estimated delivery schedules and maintain follow-up to ensure optimum performance on delivery schedule.
* Maintain an updated customer order shipment date for all orders.
* Advise all relevant departments concerning order changes.
* Serve as liaison between assigned salespersons and all in-house contacts.
* Enter and maintains reserves when agreed to for assigned accounts.
* Help maintain library of product samples so that samples are available when requested by customers.
* Keep manager advised of all customer related problems.
**Your Profile:**
* Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong English skills both written and verbally
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
* You have strong computer skills
