Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Designer at Condoit. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to visual design, design thinking, design systems, user research, product design, and UX research. This role is located in the Austin, Texas area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Visual Design and Product Design skills
- Experience in using design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in conducting user research and UX research
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Previous experience in the electrical systems industry or electrical engineering is a plus
