**3rd Shift 10:00pm to 6:00am S-TH ($19 - $20/Hour) + 15% shift differential**

**Position Summary:**
To support the production lines with materials for both raw and packaging needs. Ensure that all products are in the correct locations by following the correct flow through the systems. The systems are not limited to but will include TO Plastics enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including TMM. Ensure that Production has a continuous flow of materials and that no down time occurs due to lack of materials.

**Essential Functions:**
This position is responsible for the following tasks, duties and responsibilities:
* Set up production lines prior to startups, load and unload trucks, utilize move tickets, put away unused material in bin location, wrap finished goods and bring to staged area.
* Operate an industrial truck in tight congested area safely
* Complete transfer in the TMM
* Maintain FIFO inventory process
* Complete training on double stacking pallets in the warehouse
* Maintain all paperwork, back up shipping when needed, sweep and clean warehouses.
* Work in a team setting

**Education, Experience and Skills Required:**
** High School diploma or equivalent.**
* Competent in Computer Skills.
* Must be forklift certified or able to pass a forklift test provided by TO Plastics
* Basic reading and math skills are required, in addition to climbing and lifting. Taking direction from the shift supervisor is a cooperative manner is essential.
* Job efficiencies and TMM utilization requires off line calculations for work center utilization and communication to estimation and scheduling. Set-up and control of jobs requires mathematical calculations and print reading.
* Good common sense and problem solving is a must. To succeed in this position the reasoning skills of the individual lead must be very good to enable the balance of all jobs and to solve the issues that present themselves in production.

* The work environment may include extreme temperature changes. This position is required to go outside in both cold and warm weather conditions.
* Parts of the building are considered to be above OSHA threshold for hearing; therefore, ear protection is required
* Flying debris is prevalent - safety glasses must be worn at all times
* Changes in floor conditions (wet floors, uneven floors, dock plates, gravel)
* Pedestrian traffic is high in production location
* Lifting up to 50 lbs
* Operate all truck controls
* Bend and twist at the knees and waist
* Get up on and down off an industrial truck
