**Description/Job Summary**
DSI (Diversified Services Inc) a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a industrial general cleaner-floater position in Dubuque, IA. **Responsibilities/Duties**
Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.Candidate will be directly involved in building a strong team by contacting interested applicants and conducting prescreens for the hiring manager. **Required Skills**
Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.Excellent customer service and communication skills, keynoard general functions and excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to related to employees of various backgrounds and positions and professional demeanor is paramount. The pay rate is **$17/hour.**
The schedule for this position is **Monday - Friday, 2nd shift**
**Bonus....$100 sign on bonus and $400 bonus after 90 days of employment.**
