This is a new exciting role providing day to day leadership, operational management and planning for the Community Allied Health Services, based at the Health Hub Richmond, to deliver a sustainable, high-quality service that contributes to the achievement of organisational goals.

You will be a valued member of the Allied Health leadership team and will provide expert strategic leadership, partnering with Professional Leaders and other community service managers. This osition is located at the Health Hub, Richmond, with the requirement to travel across the district as the Allied Health services require.

During Covid response duties and days of work may be variable.

As a registered allied health, scientific or technical professional, you will have relevant operational / management skills and experience leading interdisciplinary teams and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will have experience of working with other professions in multidisciplinary / inter-professional settings, and you will be the type of person who leads by example and creates an environment that encourages a positive team culture, a high level of staff engagement and performance.
