**What you will be doing as Logistics SaaS Product Support Specialist:**
* Attend online or offline meetings for NFT product demo
* Internal training for product-related feature update
* Recap product-related feature requests
* Communicate feature requests internally to ES team & PM
* Biweekly Sales Funnel Recap
**Requirements:**
* Own motorbike and Android phone
* OK with high intensity of daily commuting.
* Excellent communication skill and preferably presentation skill as well
* Preferably male with at least 1 year of experience working with B2B SaaS products / digital platforms in customer-facing roles
