We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Community Maintenance Supervisor for Hawthorne Lane & Hotel Olympus.

**General Duties:**
*Supervising all maintenance staff
*Groundskeeping
*Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
*Turnovers of units
*Building and Common Area Maintenance
*Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls
