We have a challenging opportunity for a FT Loader Guard working at our Louisville HUB operation.Shift: 11pm-7am (M-F)Job Summary: The Loader Guard position is responsible for safely loading secured liability onto and out of the Brink s armored trucks and transport containers. This position functions in an armed environment and requires th e enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customersKey Responsibilities:Load and unload the armored vehicleMaintain the safety, security and control of the armored vehicle while loadingSafely operate a forklift and/or related equipmentStage product and related product materials in the production areaCross-train and cover for other positions a s neededMaintain an orderly and clean work environment area, particularly the dock and vault areasPerform other duties as assigned or necessaryMinimum Qualifications :Be at least 21 years of ageMinimum 6 months of experience in a production environment operating industrial manufacturing equipmentA valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirementsA valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licensesAble to lift at least 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:Material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) experienceGood basic math skillsDistribution center or warehouse experienceFreight forwarding or logistics experienceData entry experienceProfessional Skills :Professional, positive demeanorExcellent customer serviceCollaborative work styleGood ethics and integrityHigh level of initiative and ability to work independently with little directionIf you have the background and integrity we require and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we hope you will consider employment with Brink s Global Services U.S., Inc.
