What would you be doing?
- Technical Lead for Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development
- Assist in development of projects scopes of services and price proposals as required.
- Lead/Prepare hydrologic & hydraulic modeling and relevant design calculations
- Manage Permitting through various federal, state, and local agencies
- Perform occasional field data collection and site visits
What do you need to bring to the table?
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 6 Years minimum Land Development and site design experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Management and/or Project Management experience is strongly preferred; a proven track record in effective staff management / leadership is a plus!
- Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
- P.E. Certification strongly preferred
