This role is working for a client in Kettering. The role is working as part of a passionate, driven and motivated team within a specialist department.
You would be required to
> Handle Incoming Orders
> Deal with customer queries via telephone and in writing
> General Administration
The ideal candidate will
> Have previous experience within a customer service role
> Excellent keyboard and administration skills
> Professional telephone manner and previous telephone experience
> Self motivated and confident, being an exceptional team player
> Excellent communication skills
This is an exciting role where training will be given. previous experience of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
You must be available to interview at short notice.
This is a temporary role due to run until the end of June.
