Pay Rate: $34 - $35 per hour

We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nations biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Microsoft Windows Server Solution Designer. This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. **Microsoft Windows Server Solution Designer**
**Job Responsibilities**
* Looking for Microsoft Windows Server Solution Designer
* Working closely with the Project Manager, this position will be the technical lead to coordinate all aspects of the technology solution from gathering requirements, design development, to go-live support for a given project/initiative.
* Designs, support builds, delivers, and provide go-live support for Windows, Storage, and VMWare Platforms to meet customer requirements while driving availability, resiliency, recoverability, and performance in the solution design process.
* Will lead overall efforts in working with cross-functional teams throughout the life of the project.
**Microsoft Windows Server Solution Designer**
**Job Requirements**
As a Microsoft Windows Server Solution Designer, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understands and utilizes defined processes and standards for each platform technology.
* Highlights design risks, provide alternative options, and recommends quality solutions to specified problems.
* Incorporates security controls into overall system design.
* Work closely with subject matter experts to develop appropriate solution based on customer requirements and adherence to standards.
* Technical Lead for projects up to an enterprise-level deployment. Drives decisions and deliverables across teams.
* 7-10 years experience working in Information Technologies - Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019
* Strong proficiency with English language (written and verbal)
* Strong experience with design, delivery, and support of Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019
* Must have previous experience working as a Microsoft Windows Server Solution Designer
