We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional individual with strong technical and communication skills.Responsibilities:Design and oversee design including layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control, from commencement to completion.Design stormwater management with expertise, low impact design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and design, stormwater quality design and preparation, and design which includes preparing NPDES permit applications.Provide expert testimony to planning and zoning boardsAbility to mentor staff engineers.Adhere to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Master's degree a plus.Valid New Jersey Professional Engineering license is required.10+ years' experience in related site/civil land development engineering.Knowledge of local City, County, and State land use processes and regulations.Expertise in all aspects of land development engineering including the integration of surveying and environmental engineering.Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.We recognize that the best way to provide services of the highest quality is by investing in our employees.
