Description:
Responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment's etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and receiving area at all times while following Department of Health rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Need to ensure the kitchen is clean, maintained and organized at all times. Experience operating pot-washing machinery. Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and assist cooks when needed. Need to be able to carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct area.
Schedule:
Full-time. Open availability to include weekends and holidays required.
