Direct Hire: General & Installation Laborer in Viroqua, WI

Referral Staffing Solutions is excited to announce a direct hire opportunity for a General & Installation Laborer in Viroqua, WI. Our client, a leader in the stone production industry, is searching for a skilled individual to join their team permanently and contribute to both production and specialized stone installation tasks.

Compensation and Schedule:
The position offers a competitive starting wage of $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for a three-day weekend every week.

Role Overview:
As a General & Installation Laborer, you will:

Assist in loading and unloading stone materials, ensuring their safe transport between the yard and production areas.
Perform key roles in the installation process, involving precise measuring, setting, and ensuring fit of stone products.
Use tools and techniques to fill seams, support structures, and apply sealants, ensuring the longevity and aesthetic quality of installations.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring that installation sites are clean and orderly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification preferred, training provided if needed.
Experience in production or installation, particularly with stone, is desirable.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 125 lbs.
