REPORTS TO: Executive Director/Clinic Manager
The Doctors Clinic is seeking a part time or full time Physician Assistant to work in collaboration with our Orthopedics team, located just west of Seattle, in the Salmon Medical Center in beautiful Silverdale, Washington State.
About This Opportunity
- This office-based position is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic related injuries and illness within the scope of practice of a Physician Assistant and under the direction of The Doctors Clinic Orthopedic Surgeons.
- Join a collaborative team consisting of 3 fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and 3 Physician Assistants.
- Enjoy a full time or part time Monday through Friday workday in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Treat both acute and chronic conditions with referrals from the ER, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, as well as from community Family Practice/Internal Medicine providers.
- Administer in-office injections (knees, hands, etc). Wound care. Order appropriate casting and DME when necessary.
- Help work up patients for surgery. Occasional time assisting in the OR.
The annual salary range for a 1.0 FTE would be $117,000 to $146,000. The salary is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data. At The Doctors Clinic, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Compensation and benefit eligibility are based off of FTE, assigned job classification and description.
