About the Job:
- Perform various administrative duties such as booking travel, processing POs, managing calendars, and ordering supplies.
- Assist with preparations for speaking engagements and outside meetings, including communication with hosting organizations and drafting presentation materials.
- Manage logistics for department meetings, including securing lodging, managing RSVPs, and distributing meeting materials.
- Support staff in preparing specialized documentation like testimonies, comment letters, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality, provide high-level customer service, and offer special project assistance as needed.
About You:
- 4+ years of strong administrative support experience.
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Experience working with MS Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is required.
- Proven multitasker with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
About the Position:
- $30/hr-$32/hr while temporary
- Up to $70K when permanent, DOE
- Bonus opportunity!
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.
