Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team!

  • Paid Weekly
  • Medical/Vision/Dental benefits in 60 days or less
  • 401K in 30 days
  • 11:30am-8pm Monday - Thurs and Fridays 8am-4:30pm (flexibility on Fridays)
  • $21-$28.00 to start based upon experience
  • Entry level is acceptable with the aptitude and curiousity to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing industrial laundry equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures, as well as respond to downtime incidents and make repairs
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, making necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to create a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical systems
    • Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • HVAC
    • Welding
    • Piping systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
  • High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Working conditions are typical for a manufacturing environment
  • Work involves ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds
  • Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots
