Apply now and let your skills make a difference! *Responsibilities:** Install, relocate, and replace steel racking/cantilevers.* Assemble various shelving systems including storage shelving, rack shelving, structural shelving, and steel shelving.* Identify and replace damaged racking components.* Transfer products from old to new racking setups.* Assist with additional tasks when not engaged in racking projects.*Requirements:** Mechanical aptitude or experience in racking installation and demolition.* Proficiency with hand tools, cordless power tools, and mechanical assembly tools for handling materials and fasteners.* Ability to ensure accuracy and uphold job quality according to established mechanical and safety standards.* Capability to operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts, or willingness to learn.* Comfortable working at heights of up to 20 feet and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.* Must have reliable transportation.* Availability for travel within local and surrounding states, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as scheduled.* Proficiency in reading diagrams such as blueprints and RIGs.* Strict adherence to all safety policies at all times.
