**Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Reports To:** Director of Operations
**Skills Required:** Self Starter, excellent communication skills, analytical, customer service experience, computer skills.
**General Responsibility:** To assist in the customer service department.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone and in e-mail.
- Work with customers in resolving complaints and problems.
- Keep up to date technical logs.
- Learn new areas of technology that our products are offered in.
- Handle overflow of internet orders as needed.
- Process mail orders as needed.
- Take incoming orders over the phone as needed.
- Returns processing.
- Cover reception area as needed.
- Perform related and/or special work as assigned.
