****Job Description****
* Work the Pre-Cut report and communicate this information daily to the Planning Team.
* Pull Inventory in region based on cut report.
* Processing of customer orders and stock transfer orders as they interface between SAP and WMS.
* Responsibilities include management of all order processing from receipt in SAP through movement into WMS and any subsequent changes until the order is loaded and shipped.
* This requires active involvement with customer service, inventory control, transportation scheduling and warehouse operations to understand the timing and volume requirements to manage the on-time shipment of orders.
* Follow standardized processes for interacting with distribution center and plant personnel; engage management when customization or changes to these processes is needed.
* Identify and resolve customer order & inventory replenishment issues, within the scope and authority of the position.
* The ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize and maintain order processing systems (SAP).
* The incumbent will be directly accountable for the management of orders to ensure the highest levels of customer service (product availability, order fill rate, and on time deliver).
* Cross train and provide back fill when appropriate for Inventory Control Team.
* Ability to back-up Inventory Control functions as needed.

****Qualifications/Requirements****
* *Bachelors Degree Required
* * Two to four years of experience in logistics, customer service, or related supply chain function
* * Strong MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Access),
* * SAP and warehouse management systems (preferably Red Prairies's DLx) experience a plus
* * Must work and participate effectively in a team environment
* * Must process strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships within the third party distribution center.
* * Strong communication skills including good verbal, written and listening skills
* * Strong organizational skills
* * Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* * Team player
* * Ability to work autonomously/self starter
* * Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manages multiple tasks, set priorities, acts decisively and sets personal high standards
* * Willingness to work Over time and non-Monday-Friday work week, as needed
