**Wiese USA** has an immediate need for an exceptionally organized, self-motivated and highly qualified **SERVICE MANAGER** for our Columbia/Hannibal territory. A Wiese Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department and assists the team in achieving goals of customer satisfaction, safety, profitability, process improvement and growth. A typical day can consist of anything from closing work orders to selling to wholesalers to tracking inventory throughout the three state territory.

The ideal candidate will be easily able to communicate and partner with other departments within the division to spearhead continuous improvement and consistent practices. This position requires overnight travel averaging 4 nights per month, usually with only a few hours notice.

Candidates should have a solid mechanical background, excellent computer skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and outstanding organizational and customer service skills. Practical, hands-on experience managing the daily operations of a service department is preferred as well as lift truck or related equipment knowledge.

A successful candidate will lead by example, promoting our Wiese vision, values culture, and safety while supporting all that has made Wiese a leader in the material handling equipment and service industry. This manager will make it a priority to promote local safety efforts to ensure our Team Members go home healthy every day.
