Retail Data Analyst - Retail Energy Services

Retail Customized Energy Solutions is looking for an Analyst with experience in X12/EDI transaction management, validating data, business logic, and strong SQL skills to join its Retail Services team. In this role the successful candidate will support the Company s Retail Energy practice by providing support to the retail operations group in EDI services, quality audits, controls and exception management. This position will suit a candidate comfortable working under deadlines and with competing priorities. Scope of work will include client EDI portfolio management, monitoring and validating transactions, and EDI changes due to market development and changes. The successful candidate will be a high energy self-starter, a positive team player, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Being detail oriented and a person of integrity are essential qualities, as is an ability to handle new tasks and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Representative Duties

• :Triage issues stemming from EDI transaction anomalie
• sLeverage Retail deregulated industry knowledge to effectively develop, establish and maintain strong client relationships while interacting daily with client
• sUse quantitative and analytical skill to provide support for software and services daily billing and EDI operations in the PJM, ISO-NE, NYISO , MISO , CAISO regional transmission organization jurisdictions, including quality audits and controls and exception managemen
• tLeverage knowledge of CES|BLUE Platform and understanding of Retail Energy markets to develop business requirements for software and reports and work with development team to create and validate new features and report
• sLiaison with clients to address escalations and trainin
• gPerform validation on data flows to be used in commercial product billing by utilizing mathematical and technical skillsets
• .Perform billing system audits in excel and SQL to shadow billing subsets of daily billed account
• sUtilize Retail Energy Market knowledge and understanding of client business processes to work with operational and technical team to build additional validation and automation into the billing proces
