Montage is looking for a Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have the detail orientation, knowledge, and experience to support both agency and programmatic needs within our finance team.
This is a full-time, exempt position, working a blended schedule of time in-office at Montage s Rockville, MD location and remote work from employee s home office. Anticipated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000.

About The Role
This role works in partnership with our finance team to ensure the integrity of our payroll and accounting processes and procedures within Montage Marketing Group. The Payroll and Finance Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll, as well as assisting in the proactive management of the full AP/AR cycles for multiple legal entities, all while maintaining a high-quality standard of work and accuracy.
