This NYC-based Construction Management firm have 30+ years' experience delivering a range of high-end residential and commercial projects to clients throughout New York state.
They are currently looking for Junior Project Manager to join their team and assist the owner on multiple concurrent projects.
The right candidate will have 4+ years' experience as an APM / Jr. PM with a NYC-based GC/CM, assisting with both the administrative (RFI's, submittals etc.) and site aspects of projects. An Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management degree is preferred, as is experience in precon/estimating.
Projects range from $500k to $20M, so experience in this breadth of job value would be highly beneficial (with $5-10M projects being the bulk of the portfolio).
