Production Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team. As a Production Designer, you will play a crucial role in the visual execution of various projects, ensuring that designs are production-ready and align with creative and brand standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in graphic design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Translate creative concepts into production-ready designs for print, digital, and other media.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of design elements across various platforms.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to prepare files for print, ensuring correct color modes, resolutions, and file formats.
File Organization:
- Establish and maintain organized file structures for design projects, making assets easily accessible for team members.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all production files to identify and address any issues before final delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Designer or in a similar role with a focus on preparing designs for production.
- Familiarity with prepress processes and print production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to file preparation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
