HR Generalist - $50,000-$60,000/yr


Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and audit employee records in both the HRIS database and physical files. Process HR and Payroll adjustments within the HRIS system.
  • Manage the entire onboarding and offboarding process across all company locations.
  • Provide administrative support, which includes scheduling drug tests, posting job openings via the ATS, and drafting offer letters.
  • Collaborate closely with the Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams on various projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise anniversary and company party planning.
  • Handle the processing of unemployment claims.
  • Assist in recruitment and interview processes.
  • Support the implementation and coordination of performance management procedures.
  • Fulfill additional HR duties as necessary.
  • Perform extra tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Candidates with HR internship experience may receive preference, though it is not obligatory.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality rigorously.
  • Efficient management and communication of information across a network of companies.
  • Effective collaboration with managers, demonstrating a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Possess a professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and initiative-taking ability.
  • Prioritization and completion of tasks as a team member while achieving tangible results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and persuading decision-makers.
  • Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset to enhance service delivery.
  • Exceptional consulting and critical thinking skills.

Additional Info:

  • Pay: $50,000-$60,000/yr - Depending On Experience
  • Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM M-F
  • Location: 100% onsite
