Luxury company is currently seeking for a District Manger for our NJ/PA market

As the District Manager you will:

  • Use your business acumen, efficiency and problem solving skills to drive and grow the business throughout the district
  • Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers in all of the district s stores
  • Motivate and Engage your teams by identifying their strengths
  • Remove obstacles and create growth opportunities to set team members up for success
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold the district store managers and yourself accountable to achieving results
  • Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently throughout the district


Requirements:

5 Years of multi-store supervisory experience in similar volume & scope of business

Schedule Flexibility (including Holiday availability)

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
