Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant.
- Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain and update standard cost system for inventory valuation.
- Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and physical inventory counts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
