BGSF is seeking a direct hire Client Services Associate for our downtown Nashville financial services client!
- Hybrid schedule Monday Thursday onsite; Friday wfh
- Monday Friday, 800am 500pm
- $60,000 - $80,000 DOE + bonus
- Requires 1+ years administrative and operational support within a financial services investment advisory/broker/dealer - environment; onboarding clients, document handling, CRM, general support; 4-year degree; Salesforce, MS Office, DocuSign

This role supports clients, custodian partners and team members in an administrative and operational capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of administrative processes
- Handles all requests from clients and custodian partners pertaining to account administration
- Organizes, scans, and maintains all paper/electronic client files
- Maintains CRM system to ensure all client data is current and accurate
- Monitors and resolves daily time sensitive activities
- Maintains compliance-approved materials
- Provides support to the rest of the team in preparing client materials
- Manages ad-hoc requests, i.e., resolving complex client issues, researching unique client needs, and coordinating operational and custodial support
- Performs general office duties to include ordering supplies, handling in-bound phone calls as necessary, and receiving mail
