Overview

St. Luke's Health System is developing a Hospital at Home program, a new and innovative care model that will offer acute-level care to patients within their own homes vs in the hospital - providing an enhanced patient experience with reduced costs and improved outcomes.


Working closely with the VP of Population Health, the Chief Operating Officer facilitates, directs, and coordinates operational activities and programs through the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services outside traditional hospital settings.


What You Can Expect:

  • Bring your operational and innovate expertise to help build the Hospital at Home care delivery model.
  • Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of standards, systems, policies, and procedures as they relate to Hospital at Home in alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
  • Promote high performance expectations to improve patient care, quality of care and efficiency of care.
  • Anticipate and address the challenge of providing care in the home through recruitment of specially trained and experienced healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a culture of partnership, proactively collaborating with Centers of Excellence and other system functions to deliver exceptional outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field
  • Experience: 12 years' relevant experience (Nursing degree and/or experience preferred).
