Our Team Leads coordinate, develop, and support our Production Operators and take responsibility for the manufacturing of multiple unique skincare and personal care products every day. We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented, flexible team player who isn t afraid to get their hands dirty and thrives in an ever-changing environment.
This position can open a door to a new career path for you within Manufacturing with opportunities for learning, growth, and development as we expand as a local Vermont company. The skills that we look for in this role can come from a wide range of prior work experience from administrative work, customer service, the medical field, education and food service to name a few.
Shift Time: 2nd Shift: 3:15 pm 1:45 am Tuesday Friday or Monday Thursday
