Who We Are: H&H Color Lab is one of the largest professional photography labs in the nation, engaged in both the high-end portrait and wedding market and the high-volume school, sports and events market. With over 50 years of experience, H&H Color Lab is an industry leader in product development and design for high quality photographic prints and products.
What you will do: The Digital Color Correction Technician uses photo editing software to correct and optimize the color of digital images prior to printing.
Essential Job Duties:
Use design software such as, Photoshop, Lightroom or InDesign to color correct digital images per standard procedures or customer specifications
Compensation: Pay starts at $20.00 per hour! Additional pay may be available based on education and experience.
Work Schedule:Training for this position will take approximately 6 months. The work schedule during the training period is Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM. Once fully trained, the regular work schedule is Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 1:00 am.
Requirements
To Join Our Team, You Will Need:
Experience using Photoshop, Lightroom or InDesign preferred
Ability to discern and discriminate color as dictated by a superior score on the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Test. Hue test will be given during the interview process
Familiar and comfortable working on a PC
Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions regarding the quality of prints and determining whether or not they meet Company standards
Must be able to read and write in English at a level normally acquired through a high school education
Must be able to maintain regular attendance and work overtime as necessary
Must be able to stand for entire work shift and use hand tools
