As a Delivery Manager you will play a key role in the liaison with clients and the often complex logistics surrounding the delivery of our services. You will not only support the Account Directors with the key account development and strategy, but also work closely with the management team to effectively plan and schedule so that business objectives can be met. This will involve meeting utilization targets, building sales pipeline and developing the teams capability.

You are required to design and define your role to get the best for the business and the clients you work with. We encourage individuals to put forward innovative ideas on how we can work smarter and provide a better experience for our clients. This role is one that requires initiative, you are making important business decisions on a daily basis and need to be self-motivated escalating as required. You are required to interface internally and externally at executive level with all business areas and particularly work in close partnership with the technical consultants and the Account Directors.

**What we need...**

* Liaise with clients on upcoming, current and recently completed engagements

* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to help increase the revenue stream outside of new business, ensuring that this ties up with the F-secure model

* Have a firm understanding of the account strategy for key accounts and support the Account Directors with key account development and strategy

* Work with the Account Directors, consultants and the client to produce proposals, statements of work and project briefs

* Plan and schedule projects to manage client satisfaction, consultant workloads and skills development

* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on capacity, utilization and revenue and report to the business highlighting any areas of risk

* Work closely with all areas of the business, specifically the consultants and the ADs to identify and implement continuous improvement

* Manage change requests and escalate commercial issues as appropriate to the Account Directors

* Review project delivery process to ensure that client expectations are met in terms of service and delivery

* Can interpret and develop procedures to meet client specific contractual requirements and service delivery procedures

* Continually review delivered projects for clients to verify recognized income and ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner

* Regularly attend and contribute to client Strategic Account Reviews

* Work closely with business areas to ensure that all internal systems are up to date at all times and accurately reflects the businesses position

* Ensure that compliance status is maintained and assist in the implementation of any future compliance requirements

* Mentor new members of the Delivery Managers team

* Able to identify and resolve issues of potential conflict, both internal and external to the company during the service delivery process and instigate mitigation for future conflicts

* Understanding of Information Security and ability to communicate to clients a commercial understanding of their security and business obligations
