• See patients per schedule for pain management follow up
• Collaborate with clinic Physicians for feedback regarding individual cases, treatment plans, and overall practice philosophy and goals
• Provide clinical support as necessary including all aspects of direct patient care
• Regularly review protocols and discuss recommendations for revisions and/or improvements based on national updates, best demonstrated practice and hands on experience
• Play an active role in promoting quality patient care and overall practice success
• Work closely with physicians, Ancillary Staff Members and Management to improve patient care and outcomes
• Provide leadership/mentor support for clinical staff as needed
• Conduct self in accordance with company policies, procedures and handbook
• Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA guidelines
• Additional duties as needed
