A client providing Counseling Services is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
Positions: Licensed Counselors Needed (LMFT and LCSW)
Pay Range: $50-$60 per hour, paid per client hour seen (rate depends on experience and specialty)
Schedule: TBD (can choose their own schedule)
Hours/Caseloads: 40 hours/caseloads per week (part-time schedules available as well)
Location: Onsite in San Bernardino, Hybrid, or Remote opportunities are available.

Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified Licensed Therapists to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling services to our clients and contributing to their overall well-being. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles are available. Both in-person face-to-face therapy and teletherapy positions are available. Candidates may choose to do one or the other or a combination of onsite / teletherapy work.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage your own client schedule, ensuring availability within 10 days of client contact (California standard).
- Conduct therapy sessions, including assessment, intake, diagnosis, progress notes, treatment plans, and goal creation for clients.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- If bi-lingual, leverage language skills to enhance client engagement and support.
Qualifications:
- California licensure as an LMFT or LCSW.
- In good standing with no prior license suspension, or license lapse.
- Preferably 2+ years of utilization of licensure.
- Experience in dealing with a wide range of clients is desired.
- Additional certifications, such as EMDR or experience with sexual offenders, are advantageous.
- Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish
