Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Aerospace industry, based in Springfield, MA, who is actively searching for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to work on-site for an opportunity with a salary range between $100-110K based on experience.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer:
- 3+ years of experience in Aerospace or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of composites manufacturing
- Advanced knowledge of AS9102 and AS9100 standards
- Knowledge of CNC Programming
- Experience with New Product Introductions and First Article Inspections
- Solid understanding of Epicor ERP system
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:- Working closely with designers and engineers on New Product Introductions to develop manufacturing plans and protocols
- Partner with supplier management to develop estimates
- Participate in tooling design process
- Assist with programming of CNC & other machines
- Maintain products methods of manufacture in company Epicor ERP system
- Assist throughout the manufacturing process, from First Article Inspection through final production
