We're looking for people who care and want to make a change. As a Director of Facilities at Elim, youll be required to:
* Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of staff, operational and fiscal oversight of the organization's facilities and transportation systems
* Coordinate assigned activities with other organizational departments and outside agencies
* Provide strategic leadership in the facilities and transportation arenas.
* Oversees the Facilities Manager and Transportation Manager
Youll oversee 32 beautiful acres on the Crestwood/Palos Heights campus housing 4 program buildings and 1 program building located in Orland Park.

**Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00am 3:30pm**
**Wages & Benefits:*** Competitive starting pay of $95,000 - $105,000/yr

**Education, Licenses & Certifications:**
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or related field required along with 5-7 years in Facilities Management. You also should have experience with an industry proven Building Management System or Building Automation System.
