**Summary**: Under general supervision, in accordance with the standards set by GA WIC Policy and Procedures, this position provides administrative WIC services, including collecting WIC demographic data and issuing vouchers to WIC participants. Maintains knowledge of current trends in general nutrition knowledge for women, infants, and children by attending staff trainings, conferences, in-service as scheduled, and maintaining the required departmental requirements for 12 continuing education credits annually. This position works to promote and protect the health and safety of the residents of Cobb and Douglas Counties.

**Minimum Qualifications:** High School Diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling customers questions, complaints/and or providing information.

**Preferred Job-Related Skills:** GA WIC experience. Spanish/English Bilingual.

**Work Conditions & Physical Demands**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; able to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

**Salary Information**: $12.38 per hour / Up to 29 hours per week (non-benefit eligible position)
