**Landscape Installation Team Leader- $1,500 SIGNING BONUS!!**
Landscape Nashville, Tennessee Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$24+ DOE** Landscape Installation Team Leader
Performs a wide variety of landscape and maintenance tasks related to residential and commercial properties with a focus on crew supervision. All duties will be performed based on professional training and experience, with minimal supervision. The Landscape Team Leader is directly supervised by the Operations Manager and is subject to work overtime.

* Get the job done safely
Essential Functions Landscape Team Leader:
* Manage landscape and maintenance projects in a timely and organized manner. The goal is to finish the project at or below the estimated time. Project planning is paramount to an organized project.
* Communicate regularly with client to ensure customer is well informed of job progress and details
* Communicate clearly with sales person and/or designer to ensure accurate execution of plan
* Notify clients of proposed start date at least 1 week in advance
* Schedule material and equipment prior to using it on the jobsite
* Keep track of project hours, and job receipts
* Train and supervise crew members on all job procedures
* Notify supervisor of any issues with personnel
* Communicate changes to start times, job objectives, etc to team members
* Attend team meetings and discuss/follow company policy/procedures
* Plants trees, shrubs and flowers according to Gardens of Babylon procedures
* Edge beds at lawns and sidewalks
* Mulch beds and with shredded bark mulch and pine straw taking care to not place too much at the trunk of the plant or tree
* Maintains lawns, shrubbery and trees including planting, watering, trimming, mowing, edging, fertilizing
* Rent tools and return to rental vendors free of dirt and debris
* Complete daily timesheet, and tickets with accuracy
* Accurately log materials on BOSS mobile
* Operate blower for cleaning sidewalk and driveway of gravel and small debris
* Maintains care and upkeep of equipment and tools, notify lot manager of repair
* Load and unload truck daily and keep truck and lot clean and free of clutter
* Report any situation that might be potentially hazardous for pedestrians to supervisor
* Performs other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or team leader
Minimum Requirements for Landscape Team Leader:
* Valid Driver's License
* Must be insurable on Gardens of Babylons Auto Policy
* Willingness to expand knowledge in landscaping and maintenance.
* Ability to lift up 80 lbs continuously
* Team Player Mindset
* Supervisory/ leadership experience
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to work in a multitude of weather conditions that include: rain, heat, cold, snow, etc.
