**Job Title: Station Associate**

**Department: Retail Operations**

**Reports To: Station Manager**

The **Station Associate** is responsible for providing customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service. Major responsibilities beyond customer satisfaction include completing register transactions, maintaining general appearance and station cleanliness in a fast paced environment while adhering to company policies.

**Specific Responsibilities**

**Customer Satisfaction**

- Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers.

- Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times.

- Seeks advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.

- Maintains a clean and safe station as directed by management in their assigned duties.

**Compliance**

- Adheres to all company policy and procedures. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees.

**Location Operations**

- Maintain store cleanliness standards.

- Completes duties as assigned by management

- Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.

- Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard.

**Loss Prevention and Safety**

- Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.

- Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

**Required Skills**

**Job Environment**
