Hyatt Place Niagara Falls, the premier hotel and events destination in Niagara Falls New York, is looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our Front Desk / Guest Services Team! Full and part-time opportunities are available. Hotel or restaurant customer service experience is required. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is desirable - Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills - Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
