  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CST
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour W2


Customer Care Representative Job Summary:

The Financial Services Call Center Representative will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our clients. The goal of this role is to build and maintain client loyalty as well as create the world s most referable platform.


What you will do as the Customer Care Representative:

  • Handle complex and escalated issues from financial professionals and customers
  • Provide support to our clients with the navigation and use of various systems
  • Maintain minimum call handling requirements and quality review scores
  • Utilize CRM tool to accurately record each call
  • Work to assist callers without requiring outside assistance


What you will bring to the Financial Services Call Center Representative role:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of the financial services industry preferred, but not required
