BSC America seeks full-time Property Maintenance Worker. Responsibilities include support of multiple facilities in the Bel Air, Belcamp and Edgewood areas. If you are a detail-oriented person who takes pride in what you do and can work in a fast-paced ever changing environment, we would like to hear from you. Duties and requirements include:
* Oversees the building's maintenance and safety
* Upkeep for interior and exterior of buildings
* Needs to be organized, motivated and professional
* Sound communication skills
* Versatile and flexible
* Able to lift 50 pounds at least
* Work in all weather conditions
* Have a clear driving record
* Can work without supervision
* Prior experience in Property Maintenance field
* Able to work weekends if needed (flexible hours )
