We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, increase market share, and drive customer engagement within the construction industry. Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, increase market share, and drive customer engagement.

* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning opportunities.

* Collaborate with leadership to define marketing objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness. Conduct extensive research and prepare pre-meeting notes for the leadership prior to any meeting.

* Oversee and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

* Create and curate engaging and visually captivating content for social media posts, website updates, emails, and newsletters.

* Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.

* Assist divisions with planning and coordinating the company's participation in industry events, trade shows, job fairs, and conferences, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand messaging. Plan, coordinate, and oversee CL Constructions conference engagement plan.

* Collaborate with divisions to develop promotional materials, presentations, and booth designs that effectively showcase the company's products, services, and brand identity.

* Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital assets using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Develop compelling storytelling narratives that highlight the company's expertise, project successes, and value proposition across various marketing channels.

* Provide guidance and support to other employees on marketing-related matters, including campaign execution, content development, and customer engagement strategies.

* Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Work with division managers to enhance customer experience. Develop and manage a Marketing budget that best utilizes resources and prioritizes spending effectively.

* Develop metrics to determine which marketing strategies are most successful.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

* Proven track record of success in marketing, social media management, and content creation.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design principles.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
